FAQ
Requesting a Crypto Appraisal
What happens after I submit a request?
We review each request and reply by email or text with any questions and a fixed-fee quote. If you are working against a filing or court deadline, say so in the request and we confirm up front whether we can meet it.
Is it safe to share wallet addresses?
Yes. A public wallet address shows balances and transactions but cannot be used to move funds. We use addresses only to document holdings for your appraisal. Never send a private key or seed phrase to anyone, including us.
Can my CPA or attorney submit the request?
Yes. Advisors often submit on a client's behalf. Include the client's name and the intended use, and we coordinate the details with whoever is managing the engagement.
What if I'm not sure exactly what I hold?
Send what you have. Exchange statements, a rough list, or wallet addresses are enough to start, and we follow up with questions before quoting.
